Adam Nager began his career in 2001 working in Orlando within the recruiting space. During his tenure there, Adam focused his efforts on executive management and technical recruiting. In 2008 Adam formed a healthcare company, Quest National Services, focusing his time on working with medical practices throughout the United States. Since then, Adam has continued to grow Quest National Services and has expanded to start or acquire 6 additional businesses. In 2018, Adam met his wife, Junna, and he quickly realized an opportunity with Junna within the Philippines to support the local community while bringing much needed expertise to medical practices within the US. They started VirtualRNs.PH in 2020 together. In his free time, Adam enjoys boating, travel, and spending time with his family.
Devonn, a highly sought-after specialist, has helped Ann Grogan & Associates expand their influence with his extensive knowledge of digital marketing. He has worked with dozens of business leaders in a variety of different industries to grow sales revenue and drive engagement. His previous experience in recruitment further strengthens his value to our company as well as our clients. He was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida and enjoys taking every chance he can get to visit the beach which reminds him of home.
Junna is a USRN. She works in different varieties in clinical settings. She began her career in home care work as a pediatric nurse. After 2 years she transferred to a hospital as a staff nurse in a medical-surgical ward. After a year she moved to the Hospice nurse inpatient unit working as a hospice care staff nurse/charge nurse for 4 years. In addition to assisting in the day to day management of VirtualRNs, she also works in Home Health as a Quality Analyst and a Case Manager. Junna loves to spend her free time cooking, traveling, skiing, anything to do with the beach, and experiencing life in the fast lane in sports cars.
Gene holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Since 2007, he has worked in the Business Process and Knowledge Process Outsourcing Industry. He began his career as an Associate and worked his way up to the position of Operations Director. Gene is an Operations Management, People Development, Project Management, and Client Services expert. He has worked for one of the industry's largest conglomerates, Johnson and Johnson, as the Operations Director for the APAC region, where he oversaw a massive expansion to 1500 employees in a single year. Having Gene on the team ensures that he will help the team grow, and we are very pleased with our collaboration.
