VRN or Virtual Registered Nurses was founded in 2020 by Adam Nager, a Visionaire, CEO of multiple successful medical businesses/companies. In the hopes of reducing the administrative burden of medical professionals with their EMR and back-office struggles. After interviewing hundreds of providers nationwide, Adam found the biggest motivator to physicians looking to sell their practices was the freedom of the administrative burdens they currently face in managing the business of healthcare. Adam’s mission became solely focused on serving the market with solutions and services that allowed privately owned medical practices to focus more of their time on patients and less on paperwork and other administrative burdens. The result is VirtualRN clients have more time on their hands to have a life outside of their profession, have more time for patient care, and of course, increase the possibility of generating more income/ for their practice.
